1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship throughout the United States.

  • If you live outside of these areas and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at coriesucm@gmail.com to discuss special shipping options.

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be considered received the following business day.

  • Handmade or personalized crochet items may require an additional 30 business days of processing time before shipping. See each product description for specific details.

3. Shipping Options and Times

We offer the following shipping options through USPS and UPS.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days once shipped.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3 - 5 business days once shipped.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method selected.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Cor Iesu Catholic Merchandise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping status is marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure the shipping address is secure.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us immediately. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses of packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
