Refund Policy

1. Returns Deadline:

  • You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items (exceptions):

    • Products are personalized unless there is an error on our part.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at coriesucm@gmail.com.

  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your application is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to submit your article.

4. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (Once the item is received):

  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you that we've received it. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be given if:

    • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Sale/Discount Items:

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Exchanges (Product Exchanges):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at coriesucm@gmail.com.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within [number] hours/days of receipt) with photos of the damage/error. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
